The JSON file imports straight into n8n. Every node is commented: you see what it does, why it's there, and what breaks if you remove it.

No API keys are included. You plug in your own, and they stay with you. Nothing passes through a server I own.

Automating your inbox

An n8n flow that runs on your machine, sorts what comes in and summarizes the rest. Without writing code.

What the flow touches

It reads: The headers and bodies of the messages in the mailbox you point it at.
It writes: Labels and folders in that same mailbox, plus a daily digest sent to the address you choose.
What leaves your instance: Nothing leaves your instance. No server of mine is called.

What you get

The flow file, the setup documentation, and nothing else. No account to create, no section to unlock. You download it, it is yours, and it stays yours.

Support included

If the template will not import, or if a node in the delivered file does not behave as the documentation describes, write to me: that is my work and I fix it. Not included: adapting it to your case, configuring your accounts, debugging your instance, and getting it running again after an n8n update. Those are real questions — they belong to an engagement, not to the price of a file.

Who installed it before you

Nobody other than the author has yet installed it by following the documentation. While that is true, this template is not for sale.

Difficulty: You will adapt two or three nodes to your situation — folder names, filters.
Compatibility: Tested with n8n 1.62.3 on 2026-08-20. A newer version may need an adjustment.
