Shipping and returns
Kits are assembled one at a time, by hand. That changes what can be promised, and I'd rather write it down in advance.
Nothing is on sale today — this page exists to be filled in before the first transaction, not after. Lead times, costs and cancellation rights must be settled and legally reviewed before sales open.
Lead times
There is no warehouse. A kit is built and tested before it ships, which takes as long as it takes. The actual lead time will be shown on each product page, not only here.
To be defined before sales open.
Costs and areas served
To be defined before sales open. Costs will be shown before an order is confirmed, never discovered at the end.
Returns and cancellation
An unopened kit will be returnable. A partly assembled kit will not — this is electronics, and a soldered board cannot go back into stock.
The exact terms, including the cancellation rights applying to a distance contract in Quebec, are to be settled with a lawyer before sales open.
If something arrives broken
Write to me. I assembled the kit, so I'm the one who fixes it.
