Shipping and returns
Kits are assembled one at a time, by hand. That changes what can be promised, and I'd rather write it down in advance.
The shop is not open: nothing is for sale, nothing can be ordered, and this page is not a policy. It states what must exist before the first transaction — writing it afterwards would be too late.
Lead times
There is no warehouse. A kit is built and tested before it ships, which takes as long as it takes. The actual lead time will be shown on each product page, not only here.

To be defined before sales open. Costs will be shown before an order is confirmed, never discovered at the end.
Returns and cancellation
No return terms exist yet, and this page promises none. What used to be written here — an unopened kit taken back, an assembled one not — announced a policy before it was written. That was the wrong order.
The terms will be settled with a lawyer before sales open, and they will follow Quebec's Consumer Protection Act: the legal warranty of quality exists independently of anything written here, and nothing published will restrict it.
If something arrives broken
Write to me. I build the kits, so it comes back to me — and how it gets settled will be written down before the first sale, not left to my goodwill.
