The workshop

Every kit passes through my hands before yours.

There is no warehouse behind Salim Robots. There is a workbench, a soldering iron, and someone who tests every board before it goes in a box.

That means limited runs and honest lead times rather than next-day shipping. It also means that if something doesn't work, you're writing to the person who assembled it.
